Orez cu ciuperci

Ingrediente

  • 12 buc mari Ciuperci
  • 100 g Orez
  • 100 g Unt
  • 150 g Smantana
  • Sare
  • Piper
  • Dificultate: mica
  • Reteta vegetariana
  • Tara de origine: Retete din Romania Romania

Mod de preparare

Se spala bine ciupercile, se taie cotoarele si se scobesc cu grija, iar partea care se scoate se marunteste impreuna cu cotoarele si se inabusa in putin unt cu sare si piper si se adauga orezul care a fost fiert separat si spalat cu apa rece. Palarioarele ciupercilor se umplu cu amestecul de orez si se pun intr-o tava cu restul de unt. Se pun in cuptorul incins aproximativ 20 de minute, dupa care se scot si se acopera cu smantana.

    I wanted to let you know that I've made this reipce twice since you posted it both times it has been delicious! I love that it uses the actual meat of the lemon, it provides such nice little lemony bursts throughout the dish. And even though it is warm the flavor is bright enough to make it a nice lentil alternative when it's too warm out for soup. My 1 year old eats it too, but then again she likes to suck on lemons so I knew she'd like it! This is definitely going in my reipce box, thanks for sharing!
